Great Insurance deals. They always find me the best prices. The owner is always cheerful and nice, but the girls that serve you never smile and seem dreary. Sometimes, come off as rude. They also, take their time answering the phone or put you on hold for an extensive time. I own my own business and would not let my front end serve in this manner, or I'd be out of business. I know some customers can be difficult and sometimes frustrated. But you attract what you reflect. my thought...It's like stamps at the post office, must have, so will tolerate. I've been a customer for more than 10 years.

if you want to over pay for car insurance go for it! trust me you will regret it.Customer service is horrible. Some staff member are polite, and their leadership positions are rude, and obnoxious. I was paying with them$2200 for 3 cars and 4 drivers; my new insurance policy for 6 month is 900$$. You're going to think your receiving a super cheap insurance, you're not! Until I did research around and found better insurance. Understand they are charging you a fee for their service which are not low!! Personally, do not get insurance from them they do not abide florida law and will refused to cancel policy even after primary policy holder wrote a letter stating to do ..

I tried to contact my agent on a policy 3 times over 3 weeks and Kim Harrison and her Producer in Ga. never called me back. Because of this I feel I should cancel our policy as If I ever needed this agent, she would not be there for us.
